DESIGN ELEMENTS

The Frame
is a hybrid construction of cross ply timber, steel and aluminium skins for long life and durability. Anti-cut and/or drill steel used in the construction of safes can also be added at an extra cost.

The Solid Wood Door
is Oak or Tricoya or you can request a combination of both. Tricoya on the outside for it's enhanced, natural, weather resistant properties and 50-year manufacturer warranty and oak on the inside for its natural beauty, giving you the best of both worlds.
​
The Door Core
is handcrafted, constructed from multi-layers of cross-grain wood. Steel reinforcing is added to the door to help with structural stability and to increase its overall strength. Insulation is also added to the door panel to increase the thermal efficiency.

The Door Options
full custom fabrication for maximum versatility of interior and exterior finishes. Solid Oak, Oak Veneers, Stainless steel finishes or cores, and door openers and closers are some of the options that can also be added.

SMART CONTROLLER WITH MOBILE APP
An end-to-end encrypted Wi-Fi (local network) and Bluetooth (also works when there is no Wi-Fi/Internet access) enabled smart remote controller, lets you control and monitor your doors using your smartphone.

It works with Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Apple Home, Samsung SmartThings and Google Assistant.

Control via IOS and Android Smartphones, Apple Watch and Open API.

ENTRY OPTIONS
The BLADELOCK DOOR comes standard with an encrypted remote control and 2 key fobs. (A maximum of 6 key fobs may be programmed.)

The key fob is brand specific (off the shelf key fobs will not work) it is also your master key for the door.
​
The control panel controls and monitors the electric door components and also contains a battery backup that will allow the door to function for up to seven days. It should be installed in a discreet location.
Additional audio notifications are also available, these notifications let you know via audio feedback when the door is locked or unlocked. Please contact our team for additional information if you are require more information for the Audio options.

The BLADELOCK Door control module will work with any 2-wire entry system which will need to be purchased and installed independently.
​
More complex systems will require installation by a speciality engineer.
